About invalid polygons in tex coordinates

What are the main reasons of polygons declared as “invalid” in tex coordinates.
This information is given by the node "RepairGeom.

Sorry for the late reply. Most likely the winding order of vertices in these polygons is reversed, i.e. all the polygons have counter-clockwise winding order but the given one connected to them has clockwise order.
