I tried to mail License support but never got an answer.
We’re having issues with our floating license for Wrap. It works without a problem on my computer but not on my colleges computer where it says the “Connection timed out”.
We are currently working from home and I suspect that its working on my computer since I was the one to set it up first. When I tried to open the program on my computer but from another network I ran into the same issue as my college.
Is the floating license depending on that you use the same IP? And how do you set it up properly for a work from home setup?
I would be grateful for some help with this!
