I have a scan from a sofa
Has base sofa and also few pillows.
I have separated pillows in Zbush and now i have partial pillow scan i also have another mesh that is re-topo of another pillow
Is there is there a way and if how (How to set up nodes) inside Wrap 3
So that it morphes retopo pillow in to shape of scan pillow (missing other side of pillow)
End goal is to have new retopo for partial scan.
Morphing or something..
Hey, I feel like using Wrap may be overkill in this case.
But if I did it in Wrap, I would use a RigidAlignment node (specifying 4 points on the corners of the scanned and retopo pillow) to align transform and scale of the retopo pillow to the scan pillow. Then on the retopo pillow, I would select the polygons corresponding to the missing areas on the scan so that they won’t try to fit to the scan surface. Then I would use a Wrapping node that will fit the aligned retopo pillow to the scan.
If I was doing it in ZBrush, I would manually align the retopo pillow to the scan and then used the Project brush to transfer details from the scan where appropriate.
I am bit confused how to set it up.
This is what i have at the moment. But i do not know how to set up.
Note!
Load Geo node on left side is scan
Load Geo node on right side is retopo of another pillow
